You know, we’ve had pandemics in the past. This pandemic has been going on for a long, long time, and it’s so hard to try and figure out how to navigate that.
Kramer: I think loneliness and isolation are the two main things that people are feeling right now.
What are some things that you’ve experienced or that you’ve heard some of your clients talk about with regards to loneliness and isolation during this time? Since COVID, a lot of us had to be isolated for a long time.
With COVID in the last two years, mental health has really been getting a little bit more focus than it had been maybe before. Charles Sanchez: We were talking earlier this week about this month being Mental Health Awareness Month.
